One aspect of everyone’s business is trying to explain to potential customers why they shouldn’t attempt to DYI something that you have built an entire business around. In almost every industry, people try to save money by being “the handyman”.
We have come to realize that our brains and bodies want to celebrate each of these launches, these small victories, and take time for a deep breath, relaxing in the knowledge of a job done well.
